How One Couple Recovered Their Wedding Photos
Michelle and Jake's wedding was hit by Camera Malfunction. The photos looked ruined. Here's what happened next.
Michelle and Jake from Boston, MA planned their wedding for over a year. Then came the Camera Malfunction. "Our photographer's camera had a settings issue during the ceremony. Half the photos came out overexposed—you couldn't see our faces clearly." Michelle says. "We'd paid a lot for photography. Seeing those washed-out images was disappointing."
What Went Wrong
The Camera Malfunction affected the photos in ways they hadn't expected. When Michelle reviewed the images afterward, most of them had problems.
The photographer had done what they could. But some things can't be fixed on the day.

“The ceremony photos look the way they should have looked from the start.”
